Job Description

As a professional in the field of risk-based internal audit and compliance, you will be responsible for reading circulars from regulators such as NPCI, UIDAI, RBI, and BBPS to understand guidelines thoroughly. It is essential to ensure authenticity and compliance with procedures and guidelines by examining them regularly. Your role will involve independently managing risk-based internal audits and effectively executing and overseeing internal audit processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing IFRS audit assignments, designing risk control matrices, and conducting IFC assignments. Drafting internal audit reports and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems will be integral parts of your responsibilities. You will also review risk management procedures, monitor their application, and assess the efficiency of routine bank operations. Your expertise in bank system audit, concurrent audit, statutory audit, compliance audit, internal audit, and special assignments for banks will be crucial in this role. Good communication skills, including report drafting, are essential for effective collaboration within the team. Taking ownership of tasks and projects, guiding team members, and providing on-the-job training are key aspects of this position. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting policies and SOPs to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. The role offers a yearly bonus and requires a total of 10 years of work experience.
