Job Summary Eye Mantra is hiring a full-time Retina Specialist to join its esteemed medical team. The role requires expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating various complex retinal conditions, with a strong commitment to high-quality patient care. This position is solely focused on retina-related procedures. Key Responsibilities Identify and treat a range of retinal disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal detachment. Carry out complex retinal procedures such as vitrectomy, laser treatments, and intravitreal injections. Perform thorough eye assessments, analyze diagnostic imaging, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Oversee post-surgical care to support optimal recovery following retinal operations. Keep abreast of emerging developments in retinal treatments and integrate them into clinical practice. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care. Requirements Qualifications: MBBS, MS in Ophthalmology, along with a completed fellowship in Retina. Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in retinal specialization. Proficiency in conducting retinal surgeries and utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication abilities and a patient-focused approach to care.
