Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention strategies and campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases. By analyzing customer data, you will identify patterns and trends to optimize retention efforts effectively. Developing customer personas will help you understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and product development is essential to ensure a seamless customer experience. Managing customer loyalty programs, including rewards and referral programs, will be a key part of your role. Your tasks will also involve creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimization. Implementing and overseeing retargeting campaigns, including dynamic product ads and personalized recommendations, will be crucial for success. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance continuously to make data-driven recommendations for improvement is an integral part of this role. Staying updated with industry trends and identifying opportunities to enhance customer retention and increase customer lifetime value will be expected. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. With at least 4 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in the ecommerce sector, you should be adept at customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for creating compelling marketing messaging and content. Excellent project management abilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, are required. A creative and strategic mindset, along with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions, will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics and other data analytics tools, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are also essential for this role.,
