Job Description
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer retention & loyalty process. You will manage campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, etc ensuring their timely execution. You will also play a crucial role in campaign planning, content creation, analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and able to deliver high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across various touchpoints. CRM Calendar Ownership: Take full ownership of the monthly CRM calendar, ensuring all campaigns are planned, scheduled, and executed on time. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using various tools (email, SMS, chat). Continuously improve creativity in campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and maintain performance reports for management. Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. Train agents on product knowledge and campaign objectives to ensure smooth execution. Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative impact, and conversion metrics. Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and implement best practices to improve campaign results. Ensure all deadlines for creative, data, design, and promotions are met with minimal errors. Skills Required: Essential: Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or a related field 3+ yrs Experience in online marketing and CRM Strong communication skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Experience in the online gaming industry is highly desirable,
