Job Description
Job Summary A Retention Executive will be responsible for contacting customers to retain them and reduce churn rate by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and implementing retention strategies. He/She will work closely with marketing and the customer support team to identify and resolve customer issues, upsell and cross-sell customers to drive revenue growth, and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights. JD Out Call customer from the database provided and retain customers as per company targets Implement company retention strategies to reduce churn rate Coordinate to resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights Have daily contact with the customer service team/Distributors/Sub distributors/Operators team to address customer issues and resolve them.
