Job Description

The Retention executive will play a key role in ensuring that young people placed in jobs remain engaged and continue their employment for an extended period. This role involves delivering the post-placement module to youth, keeping them engaged over a three-month period, collecting feedback from both employers and youth, and ensuring that retention goals are met. The Retention executive will actively support the retention process by facilitating sessions, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring that necessary retention documentation and proofs are submitted on time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3+ years of work experience in the Livelihood space with good communication and teamwork skills. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimum handholding support. Additionally, good reporting and Excel management skills are required for this role.
