Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Associate Vice President (AVP) - Sales to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple states for the Tile Adhesive division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing state-wise sales teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding the distribution network. Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Network Expansion: Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and new retail outlets. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor state/regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Qualifications and technical skills MBA/PGDM or equivalent (Preferred) / Any Graduate Candidate must have extensive experience in the tile adhesive or construction materials industry.
