Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Trainer Head based in Noida. The Retail Trainer Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills of retail staff. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, mentoring and coaching retail employees, developing customer service techniques, and improving overall store operations. The role involves close collaboration with store managers and staff to ensure training effectiveness and align with company objectives.
