Job Description
You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our retail staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge. The Retail Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent customer service standards across all store locations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for retail staff, training teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and store operations. You will conduct training sessions using classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor formats and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance evaluations. Working closely with store managers, you will identify training needs and performance gaps, and assist in creating training manuals, SOPs, and e-learning materials. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of trainees, maintaining training records, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices are also part of your responsibilities. You will support in-store coaching and mentoring as needed and ensure that training aligns with company values and brand standards.,
