As a Store Manager for our Delhi stores, you will play a crucial role in driving in-store sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high visual merchandising standards, training and managing store staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be expected to monitor store KPIs, manage inventory and stock levels, and oversee day-to-day operations to achieve store targets effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent supervisory skills to lead a diverse team successfully. Strong organizational skills are essential for inventory management and stock control, while proficiency in budgeting practices and financial analysis related to retail operations is crucial. You should also be adept at negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimize stock procurement and have strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory assessments. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, will be necessary for positive interactions with customers and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts in a dynamic retail environment is required.
