Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff. - Handle stock management including receiving stock additions, visual quality control, and inventory management. - Assist customers in the showroom, leading to sales conversion by cross-selling and up-selling. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Manage store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. - Maintain exceptional store condition and uphold visual merchandising standards. - Provide reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits, and suggest innovative ideas to increase market share. - Conduct Market & Competition Mapping and Presentations related to product and business models. - Address and resolve all issues arising from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances. Requirements and skills: - Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager, with a preference for candidates from the Watch Industry. - Strong leadership skills and business acumen. - Proficient in customer management. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
