Job Description: 1. Shift Managers are the first point of interaction with customers at the Company. They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their requirements. 2. Team management and problem-solving. 3. Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Should have at least 1+ years of retail Managerial experience. Should have reached a Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office. 4. Customer facing experience either face-to-face or on the phone. 5. Team management experience. 6. Should have relevant experience in Sales & closing orders. 7. Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
