As a Retail Sales Manager for Outlets at Chit Chat, a renowned 40-year-old ice cream and bakery products manufacturer and distributor, you will play a crucial role in the opening and management of our upcoming ice cream and cake outlets. We are seeking both male and female candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving the success of our outlets. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a good personality and excel in customer interactions. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. Additionally, candidates should be adept at operating computer systems and managing outlet accounts. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred as it will contribute to your success in this position. At Chit Chat, we value ambition and dedication. The remuneration for this role starts at 15,000 and can go up to 30,000 based on individual performance.
