Retail Sales Executive: The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive shopping experience. This role requires a motivated, energetic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering queries. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies to advise customers effectively. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive store layout, ensuring products are well-organized, and promotions are displayed according to company standards. Inventory Management: Help with stock management, including receiving deliveries, arranging stock, and conducting inventory checks. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, trends, and product demand. Promotions and Upselling: Promote sales and special offers to customers and suggest add-on products or upgrades. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for improvements in product offerings or store operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive, productive, and cooperative working environment.
