Retail Sales Executive ZKC India Private Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting clients with product selections, and providing expert product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of design sensibility, interpersonal skills, and sales expertise.

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, designers, and contractors in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Products, controls, finishes, and applications.
• Prepare and present professional quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales effectively.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure merchandise is well-organized and up-to-date.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements .
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
