Role: Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, offering assistance, and providing product information. 
• Sales & Promotion: Actively selling products, promoting special offers, and upselling items. 
• Product Knowledge: Understanding product features, benefits, and how they meet customer needs. 
• Transaction Processing: Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling payments, and processing returns. 
• Inventory Management: Restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and potentially assisting with inventory counts. 
• Maintaining the Sales Floor: Keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable. 
• Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. 
• Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and store sales goals.
