Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide information about products, answer questions, and offer recommendations. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Sales and Upselling: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences. Recommend and sell products that meet these needs. Upsell or cross-sell additional items to increase sales. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock levels on the sales floor. Keep shelves, displays, and racks organized and well-maintained. Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual merchandising activities such as setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment. Loss Prevention: Help prevent theft and losses by maintaining awareness of security procedures, monitoring customer activity, and reporting any suspicious behavior. Returns and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies. Customer Feedback: Gather and convey customer feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience and product selection. Store Opening and Closing: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the store is clean and orderly.
