You will be working as a Senior Sales Executive for a leading jewellery company based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking orders, and assisting them with their queries by providing quick and effective solutions. It is important for you to have excellent product knowledge to inform customers and increase sales. You will also be responsible for following up on orders to prevent delays, updating the product inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized customer area during quiet times. Your goal will be to ensure that each customer leaves the store satisfied with their experience. This is a full-time job opportunity requiring at least 1 year of experience in retail sales and a total of 1 year of work experience.
