Retail Operations Manager


We are seeking a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead pan-India operations, with a strong focus on Visual Merchandising (VM) and promoter management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail execution excellence across multiple outlets. The position is on the payroll of Channelplay, and the role involves close collaboration with a leading global electronics brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate pan-India retail operations, specifically in Visual Merchandising and promoter engagement.
  • Implement retail strategies to enhance brand visibility, in-store experience, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational standards across retail locations.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of in-store promoters to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of VM campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute retail initiatives efficiently.
  • Manage store setups, VM rollouts, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in the mobile, electronics, or consumer tech sectors.
  3. Proven experience in Visual Merchandising and promoter management.
  4. Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and large-scale operations.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
