Title: Retail Fixture Rollout Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ years OVERVIEW Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Fixture Rollout Manager to lead the development, production, and quality control of retail fixtures and prototypes. Key responsibilities: Develop prototypes based on approved 3D designs, ensuring they align with design intent and client requirements. Collaborate with design and client teams for iterative feedback and final approval. Review technical drawings submitted by suppliers. Suggest and implement necessary changes to ensure production feasibility and design accuracy. Create a detailed costing framework for each prototype and production batch. Suggest cost reduction strategies or specification adjustments to meet budgetary requirements. Establish and maintain a robust Quality Control (QC) plan, detailing inspection points and quality standards. Conduct quality checks from raw material input to final product output, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality standards. Set clear production timelines and regularly track progress to avoid delays. Define packaging standards that ensure product safety and cost-efficiency during transportation and installation. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Production Management, or related field. Proven experience in fixture development, retail rollouts, or store planning projects. Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in CAD, 3D design review, and MS Office tools.
