Job Description
You are an experienced Retail Manager with at least 10 years of retail leadership experience. Your track record includes meeting sales targets, managing large teams, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include leading daily retail operations to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will oversee, motivate, and manage a team of 30+ employees, ensuring high performance and engagement. Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency will be crucial. Delivering exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and presenting performance updates to senior leadership are also key aspects of your role. You must ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements for this position include 10+ years of retail management experience, a willingness to relocate abroad, proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong financial understanding, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing large teams.
