We're seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Head/Retail Head to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships with our top 200 VIP retailers/stores. Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, processes, and support for our VIP retailers/stores, ensuring quarterly targets are met and exceeded. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth.
