Location: Mumbai About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Retail Planner with 7-8 years of experience in retail planning within the fashion industry (apparel, beauty, jewelry, etc.). The ideal candidate should have expertise in inventory planning for both retail and online channels. Experience working with an omnichannel brand is a plus. Key Responsibilities Demand Forecasting & OTB Planning Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns Develop accurate demand forecasts across all retail locations Inventory Management Optimize stock levels to balance availability and costs Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely replenishment Assortment Planning Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to curate the right product mix Analyze product performance and recommend assortment adjustments Sales Analysis Monitor sales performance across stores and product categories Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth Promotional Planning Partner with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies Assess the impact of promotions on sales and inventory levels Performance Reporting Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail operations Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for management Store Allocation Determine optimal product allocation across stores Manage store-specific inventories based on sales performance and store characteristics Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments Key Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel & data analysis tools Excellent communication & presentation skills This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for retail and fashion.
