Job Description

The role will involve the design and development of innovative brand-led experiences across various retail formats to ensure a superior physical brand experience. You will closely collaborate with the Head of Store Design to research and create new store and furniture design concepts, implementing spatial design strategies for the brand. Your responsibilities will include developing creative space designs for all physical brand experiences, researching design trends for informed strategies, and innovating through design to enhance profitability. You will focus on design detailing, material selection, value engineering, and cost optimization for architectural and interior features, branding signage, fixtures, and lighting while adhering to budget constraints. Additionally, you will contribute to design development for retail toolkits and guides across different retail formats in coordination with the Design and Visual Merchandising teams. Collaboration with various retail professionals, vendor partners, marketing executives, and Visual Merchandisers will be required for development, review, and approvals. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. - At least 4-5 years of proven experience working as a designer, preferably in a retail environment. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.,
