Roles & Responsibilities: Brand and Supplier Management: Select and onboard brand partners and manage relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable conditions. Product Sourcing and Assortment: Source products from suppliers and manage the end-to-end buying process. Oversee offers, and promotions to enhance product offerings. Commercial and Buying Management: Handle all commercial aspects including pricing, profitability, and margin management. Monitor and manage P&L for the category to ensure financial targets are met. Store Launches and Merchandising: Ensure smooth product launches and store openings. Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effective in-store presentation and displays. Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform category strategy. Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and performance. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the category. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.,
