Job Description
As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for building the business revenue, ensuring quality service to clients, and focusing on employee engagement and retention. Your duties will also include ensuring adherence to brand SOPs, leading and managing a team of 15 store employees, and overseeing stock and inventory management. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes rotational shifts and weekend availability. Additionally, a performance bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.
