Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager with expertise in sales, marketing, and customer engagement to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of upselling techniques, social media trends, and promotional campaigns to enhance footfall and profitability. The role requires hands-on restaurant calendar management, event planning, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Implement sales strategies to meet monthly Sales targets set by management. Analyze sales data, footfall , and menu performance to optimize profitability. Work on dynamic pricing strategies and combo offers to boost revenue. 2. Calendar Management & Event Planning Maintain a restaurant calendar for festivals, corporate bookings, happy hours, and special events. Organize theme nights, live music, brunch specials, and private dining experiences. Coordinate with vendors, Photographers, entertainers, and promoters to execute events seamlessly. 3. Marketing & Social Media Engagement Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Manage restaurants social media presence. Be proactive into creating content whenever opportunity arises. Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and local businesses for promotions. Monitor online reviews and customer sentiment to enhance reputation management. 4. Customer Relationship management Excellent communication with customers, ensure repeat business. Must have all menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest spending. Handle feedback management via surveys, loyalty apps, and online reviews. 5.
