The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine and culture, a knack for fast-paced service environments, and experience leading a team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures. Maintain high levels of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Ensure timely service and high-quality customer experience at all touchpoints. Monitor food presentation and portion control, especially for traditional items like dosa, idli, vada, etc. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate service crew, kitchen staff, and cleaners. Schedule staff shifts and manage daily rosters. Conduct daily briefings and ensure team is aligned with service goals and SOPs. Handle grievances, staff discipline, and on-the-job coaching. Customer Experience Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure friendly, polite, and culturally sensitive customer interactions. Proactively engage with guests and encourage upselling of combo meals, beverages, and add-ons. Inventory & Cost Control Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/inventory team for replenishment. Prevent wastage and ensure adherence to portioning standards. Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and returns. Reporting & Compliance Report daily sales, customer feedback, and staff performance to management. Conduct routine audits on hygiene, stock, and cash handling. Ensure POS systems, billing, and order-taking are followed properly. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 23 years in a supervisory role in a QSR or South Indian restaurant. Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and people skills Excellent communication in English and Kannada, other South Indian languages will (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) will be a bonus. Basic computer literacy (POS, Excel) Understanding of F&B hygiene standards and QSR service models Personality: Calm under pressure Customer-oriented Efficient and well-organized,
