As a Restaurant Store Manager based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for the seamless functioning of daily operations, supervision of staff, guaranteeing customer contentment, and managing various store-related activities like inventory control and retail loss prevention. Your role will also involve the enforcement of company protocols, upholding quality benchmarks, and enhancing operational efficacy. We are looking for individuals with a knack for ensuring customer satisfaction, adept communication skills, expertise in store management and retail loss prevention, strong leadership qualities, and adept team management capabilities. While prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage sector is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
