Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Cloud Kitchens as a Multi Store Manager (MSM). Your primary duties will include ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the units, monitoring consumer complaints to maintain high consumer experience standards, and identifying and implementing process improvements for better efficiency. It will be your responsibility to ensure inventory availability, high fill rates, and coordinate with the procurement team. Additionally, conducting regular food safety audits, quality checks, and financial audits will be crucial in maintaining operational standards. Financial management will be a key aspect of your role, including managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the cluster, executing plans to achieve targets, and monitoring unit-level performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. People management will also be a significant part of your responsibilities, involving conducting reviews, providing feedback to optimize team performance, and ensuring career development and low attrition rates within the cluster. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree, at least 6-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, strong team management skills, and a growth mindset. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, requiring in-person work.,
