Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Pizza & Wings restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, maintain quality food standards, and drive profitability. A strong passion for food, service, and leadership is essential. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, food prep oversight, and cleanliness. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house employees. Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer experience by addressing complaints and maintaining service standards. Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage food cost controls. Quality Assurance: Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company and safety standards. Sales & Profitability: Drive sales and control costs to meet or exceed revenue targets. Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with health department regulations and ensure safe food handling practices.
