Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Nagpur. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The role involves coordinating with kitchen staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and taking charge of hiring and training new employees. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and work to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Hiring and Training staff Excellent Communication skills Experience in the Food & Beverage industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in restaurant management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred,
