You will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas. Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times. Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant area. Suggest daily specials and provide food/beverage recommendations when requested. Requirements Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or food service training is an advantage.
