Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Maintenance Supervisor at Hotel Irada located in Pune. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supervising maintenance staff. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills Experience in facilities maintenance or related field Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Technical certification or relevant training is a plus,
