Job Title: Sales Manager Residential Real Estate Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Company: Sobha Limited Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Residential Real Estate Role Highlights: Cold Call potential clients & schedule site visits. Conduct project walkthroughs & clearly explain offerings. Coordinate effectively with CRM & post-sales teams. Achieve site visit and booking targets consistently. Handle premium Sobha residential projects. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Residential Real Estate Sales experience. Minimum graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication & client-handling skills. Good network of Channel Partners (CP). Background in Builder firm or CP firm strongly preferred.
