Job Description
You will be responsible for handling sales of residential projects by explaining and showing the projects to customers, giving presentations, and developing a network of channel partners to promote sales. Your role will involve ensuring that the sales team is motivated and trained to meet targets, developing sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives, and implementing procedures to ensure efficient sales operations. Monitoring the sales team's performance and taking corrective action will be crucial to meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain relationships with key customers, make tele-calls to brokers and potential clients, track and follow up with prospective customers, and assist in the documentation process. Understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions, conducting market analysis to estimate property values, and staying informed about competitors" offers will be key aspects of your role.
