Job Description

GALAXY Hospital in Vasai east, Maharashtra, is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team. The RMO will play a critical role in supporting multiple departments, including inpatient (IPD), ensuring quality care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide medical attention to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency departments, ensuring timely and high-quality care. Collaborate with surgeons and anaesthetists to support pre and post-operative patient management in the OT. Monitor critical cases and assist in the care of patients in the ICU. Clinical Documentation: Record and update patient history, clinical findings, and treatment plans in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols while maintaining detailed records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Prepare discharge summaries and support seamless coordination between departments during patient transitions. Coordination Across Departments: Collaborate with nursing staff, lab teams, and radiology to ensure comprehensive patient management. Communicate effectively with all departments to streamline workflows and enhance patient outcomes. Respond promptly to emergencies or critical situations as part of a multidisciplinary team. Operational Support: Be available for on-call duties to handle urgent patient care needs. Maintain awareness of hospital operations to support efficient service delivery in OPD, IPD, ICU, and OT. Professional Growth: Continuously update clinical knowledge to provide evidence-based care. Participate in hospital workshops and training programs to enhance professional skills. Requirements: Education: MBBS, BHMS, BAMS or equivalent medical degree. Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
