Job Description
Job Title: Residence Manager Location: Vagator, Goa Budget: Up to 6-8 LPA Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Residence Manager to oversee a private residence in Vagator, Goa. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing high-end properties, including staff and event management. The founders are primarily based in Amsterdam and occasionally visit Goa, so the role requires a proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations smoothly in their absence. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of the residence, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Supervise and coordinate the existing team of 2 staff members and 1 driver. - Handle staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high standards of service. - Plan and execute events, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently. - Manage vendors, maintenance, and any other service providers for the residence. - Ensure property upkeep and handle any guest needs or special requests. - Maintain budgets and expenses, ensuring optimal cost control. Requirements: - Prior experience as a House Manager or in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Event planning and management experience is highly preferred. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. - Locals from Goa are preferred for ease of coordination and local expertise.,
