Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing reservation requests, confirming bookings, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with guests to answer inquiries, processing reservation transactions, upselling resort amenities, and maintaining accurate reservation records. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Qualifications Reservations and Sales skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training is a plus Proficiency in reservation management systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred,
