Job Description
A Reservations Manager oversees the entire reservation process for a hotel or travel agency, ensuring efficient and accurate booking management. They handle inquiries, confirm reservations, and resolve discrepancies, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue. In addition, they supervise staff, train employees, and develop strategies for optimizing revenue and guest experience.
Tasks
Analyse and recommend best practices and technology in hospitality.
Apply systems thinking in problem solving and decision making.
Comply with legal requirements in a lodging property.
Create a great guest experience.
