Dear Candidate, We are Hiring Reservation Officer for our Head Office Kharghar Sector 10, Navi Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time Reservation Executive role, on-site in Navi Mumbai, where the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookings and reservations for guests and liaising with property owners to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. The Reservation Executive will also be responsible for tracking the availability of listings on different platforms, keeping accurate records of bookings, and ensuring that customer inquiries are answered within a set timeframe. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to satisfy customers" needs and provide personalized experiences Experience in reservations and sales Attention to detail and ability to multitask Good organizational & administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience in the hospitality industry and/or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus. Job Reasonability :- -Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone in a timely and professional manner. -Provide accurate and detailed information about the services, amenities, and room availability. -Process reservations and bookings made by customers over the phone in the Portal computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information. -Manage cancellations, modifications, and other changes to reservations over the phone, and update the system accordingly. -Communicate with customers to confirm their reservations and provide relevant information about their stay. -Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers over the phone and ensure their satisfaction. -Maintain knowledge of Property policies, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers over the phone. -Collaborate with other departments, such as Villa manager, to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
