Role Overview: We are looking for a Research Psychologist with a strong background in psychology and a demonstrated experience working with children. The ideal candidate will lead and contribute to research initiatives that inform the design and development of innovative tools, assessments, and content aimed at enhancing children's psychological well-being and overall development. This role blends scientific research with applied development to support a technology-driven product. Key responsibilities: Lead and conduct rigorous research to validate psychological concepts, especially those related to childhood development, learning, and emotional well-being. Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to design evidence-based tools, interactive content, games, and assessments. Apply psychological principles to understand and interpret childrens emotional and behavioral patterns through product usage data. Collect, document, and analyze user feedback, and incorporate research insights into product strategies. Stay current with the latest developments in psychological research and ensure that these insights are applied effectively. Requirement: M.A./M.Sc./Ph.D. in Psychology (preferably Clinical, Developmental, or Child Psychology). Proven experience in psychological research, with a strong focus on children and/or child development. Track record of published research or applied projects demonstrating psychological insight and methodological rigor. Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex research into actionable strategies. Prior experience working on or contributing to technology-based interventions, tools, or platforms is preferred. Effective communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.,
