Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and optimize electrode fabrication processes (mixing, coating, calendaring) for improved efficiency and quality. Hands-on experience in equipment handling and troubleshootin gIdentify and address production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining process stability. Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven improvements. Implement process improvements based on data analysis to enhance throughput, reduce defects, and optimize material usage. Optimize cell assembly processes (cylindrical, pouch & prismatic form factors) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure assembled cells meets the design specifications. - Analyze process data to identify trends and implement improvements that enhance productivity and product reliability.,
