Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Development Design Engineer based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves conducting research and development activities, mechanical engineering tasks, product designing, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD). The engineer will also be responsible for product development, ensuring the highest standards of innovation and precision. Qualifications Skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred). Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, ANSYS). Knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Strong skills in GD&T, DFMA, and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop 3D models and assemblies using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.). Create detailed engineering drawings with GD&T and material specifications. Optimize designs for manufacturability and assembly, collaborating with manufacturing teams. Conduct FMEA, tolerance analysis, and structural validations. Maintain documentation, including BOMs, technical reports, and process instructions. Support cross-functional teams in resolving design and production issues.,
