Job Description
As a part of the team in Gurugram, you will be responsible for conducting telephonic interviews with respondents and meeting daily interview targets. Your role will involve preparing MIS, ensuring quality parameters, and implementing feedback effectively. To excel in this position, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills in languages such as Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Gujarati, or Marathi. Being highly energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills, will be key to success. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and can work efficiently in an Indian Shift (10 am to 7 pm).
