As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify contacts and arrange interviews with industry sources. Your role will involve preparing detailed notes or call reports and providing support to team members in their projects. Initially, this position is home-office/remote-based, with the eventual transition to Kline's India office in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in making cold calls and setting up interviews. You will need to work across various time zones and possess strong telephone communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additionally, candidates with experience in market research, sales, and customer service are preferred.
