About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support our research and development initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for collecting data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth secondary research using reliable sources and databases

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns

• Assist in preparing reports, research papers, and presentations

• Organize and manage research data systematically

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements

• Ensure accuracy and quality of all research outputs

• Stay current on industry trends and advancements

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and report-writing skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or relevant fields (e.g., BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, BSc/MSc, MBA, PhD candidates are also considered based on role)

Preferred:

• Background in technical research, academic writing, or data analysis

• Familiarity with research databases or reference management tools

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new research domains
