Job Description

As an R&D Executive, you will be responsible for leading and executing research and development activities for the creation of innovative and efficient products in the fields of AC & DC drivers, LED drivers, and solar charger Control for solar streetlight

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and development of AC & DC drivers, LED drivers, and solar control chargers, focusing on multiple wattages and energy efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and develop firmware for microcontroller-based applications, including control algorithms for drivers and chargers.
• Lead the development of new products in alignment with market demands and consumer trends & ensure product development is cost-effective while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
• Design high-quality PCBs, perform detailed circuit simulation, and optimize signal integrity while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Build prototypes and conduct extensive testing to assess product functionality, performance, and durability, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, testing, and product iterations, and provide regular updates to senior management on project progress.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and certifications minimizing design risks related to safety and environmental impact.
• Address complex technical issues during design and testing phases, ensuring the development of high-quality, reliable products.
