With recent addition of a basic Rapid Prototyping machine, it can develop prototypes and products even faster now Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer at Micro Instruments Co. located in Ambala. The Research and Development Engineer will be responsible for conducting research, developing and testing new products, and improving existing products. Daily tasks include designing experiments, analyzing data, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring quality control. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product enhancements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development Proficient in Testing methodologies and data analysis Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience in the manufacturing or precision instruments industry is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of CAD designing (Creo, Solidworks),
