Job Title: Inspection Report Executive *Location:** Koperkhirne Navi Mumbai near Railway Stn. Job Type: Full-Time/ 9.30 to 6.00 pm 2 & 4 Saturday holiday all Sunday holiday Reports To: Inspection -HOD Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inspection Report Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data from our site inspection team and transforming it into comprehensive and professional reports. (Taring & format will be provided) You will use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic English skills to create and present inspection reports, Key Responsibilities: Data Collection: Gather and compile data from site inspections, via email Report Creation: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing inspection reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and CorelDRAW. Convert these reports into PDF format. Client Communication: Ensure reports are formatted according to client specifications and deliver them promptly. ( we will guide ) -Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of reports and related documentation for future reference and audits. Quality Assurance:: Review and proofread reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards. HOD will be reviewing and helping for this Required Skills and Qualifications -Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software. - Basic English for clear and effective communication. Preferred Qualifications: - Any Graduate ,ITI , IT Diploma, Degree, 12th - Experience in creating technical or inspection reports. - Familiarity with PDF conversion and document management.
